After Britney Spears’ wildly successful appearance on Glee we are all waiting with breath that is baited for her new album to be released.

Britney's Spears manager, Larry Rudolph, spoke to Entertainment Weekly and had nothing but fabulous things to say about Spears' new album.  Rudolph said that her new album could be released as soon as "early next year".  Good news for Britney fans everywhere!

Spears' manager went on to say that she has spent a lot of the year "getting back to basics", but that she is immersed in a "new album cycle".  He says that when it comes to the new album we can expect a "progressive" sound and that the new music Spears' is working on is: "a departure from what you've heard."

Love it when artists push themselves to create new sounds, it's going to be fierce!
