NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A longtime country duo is outwardly holding it towards one in every of pop's largest starlets, claiming Britney Spears' latest music is a case of copyright infringement.
Legal professional Christopher Schmidt launched a press release on Monday, regarding a pending lawsuit filed by the Bellamy Brothers, against the singer.
The suit stems from similarities between the Bellamy Brothers music "If I stated you had a beautiful physique, would you hold it in opposition to me" and the brand new Britney Spears song, "Hold It Against Me". The lawyer for the Bellamy Brothers stated that this isn't the first time that her songwriters, Dr. Luke and Max Martin, have been accused of copyright infringement.
